What information does SM collect from our users and how do we collect it?
SM only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our free newsletters or have purchased one of our products. SM collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Generally, this information includes name and e-mail address for registration to receive our free newsletters and name, postal address, and credit card information when purchasing our products. All of this information is provided to us by you.

All of the newsletters that are sent to you by SM include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at support@social-masters.com to change your information at any time.

Return Guarantee and Exchanges Policy

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer-care consultants at refunds@social-masters.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt.

Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

You must contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will not charge a restocking fee on these returns.

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there are any damage, please email our customer-care department at support@social-masters.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with the delivery company if needed.
